JORDUN TMOV-G: Enhancing Circuit Safety in Abnormal Overvoltage Environments

1. JORDUN TMOV-G: Enhancing Circuit Safety in Abnormal Overvoltage Environments

In response to the surge impact, power frequency abnormal overvoltage, and freewheeling risks faced by photovoltaic inverters, energy storage PCS, industrial power supplies, and communication equipment in complex power grid environments, Qiaoton has launched the TMOV-G suppression power frequency freewheeling protection module.

This product is designed with pressure-sensitive protection, thermal failure protection, and discharge gap coordination to suppress transient overvoltage while reducing the risk of device overheating and failure caused by continuous power frequency current. The product can provide structure options of 2-pin, 3-pin, and with remote signaling function, making it convenient for customers to configure according to device space, monitoring requirements, and protection levels.

Applicable fields: photovoltaic inverters, energy storage PCS, automotive OBC, industrial power supplies, communication power supplies, and charging equipment.

2. JORDUN TPMOV mechanical trip protection device provides more choices for high-energy protection

TPMOV adopts a mechanical trip structure, which can timely cut off the fault circuit in case of abnormal temperature rise or deterioration of the pressure-sensitive element, and feedback the protection status to the equipment control system through the remote signaling port.

JORDUN TPMOV offers two series, 10M and 20M, suitable for different surge levels and installation space requirements. It can be used for high reliability applications such as photovoltaic inverters, energy storage PCS, charging equipment, communication power supplies, and industrial control cabinets.

Core values:

*Ability to withstand high waves and surges
*Mechanical failure detachment
*Support remote status feedback
*Easy for equipment maintenance and fault warning

3. JORDUN TMOV has built-in temperature protection, which adds security to the power inlet

Ordinary MOVs may experience performance degradation in long-term abnormal overvoltage, frequent surges, or high temperature environments. Qiaoton TMOV integrates pressure-sensitive components with temperature protection function. When the device experiences abnormal temperature rise, it can promptly cut off the fault path and reduce the risk of thermal runaway.

The product offers 2-pin, 3-pin, and 5-pin remote signaling structures, with a maximum surge current coverage of 6kA to 15kA, which can be selected according to equipment protection level, PCB space, and status monitoring requirements.

Applicable scenarios: power adapters, industrial power supplies, inverter auxiliary power supplies, automotive OBC, communication equipment, and smart home appliances.
