From a single device to collaborative protection, Qiaoton improves its circuit protection product system

With the continuous development of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage PCS, automotive electronics, AI server power supplies, and industrial power supplies towards high power, high density, and intelligence, the electrical environment faced by equipment is becoming more complex. Lightning surges, power grid fluctuations, abnormal power frequency overvoltage, device aging, and sustained high temperatures may all affect the long-term reliable operation of equipment.

JORDUN continues to improve its circuit protection product system for different application nodes:

MOV is suitable for conventional transient overvoltage suppression and has the characteristics of fast response speed, mature application, and wide selection range.

TMOV integrates temperature protection function on the basis of pressure-sensitive components. When the device experiences abnormal temperature rise, it can promptly cut off the fault path and reduce the risk of thermal runaway.

TMOV-G adopts a design that suppresses power frequency freewheeling, which is suitable for application environments that require balancing surge protection, abnormal power frequency overvoltage, and freewheeling risks.

TPMOV adopts a mechanical trip structure, which has a high surge bearing capacity and can provide remote signaling status feedback, making it suitable for equipment platforms that are highly reliable, monitored, and easy to maintain.

JORDUN insists on selecting suitable products based on the actual circuit conditions of the customer, including operating voltage, surge level, installation space, failure mode, and monitoring requirements, and does not provide repetitive protection to increase the number of components.
